E’ l’ospedale pubblico di Tinchi di Pisticci (MT), vittima di un vero e proprio piano a dir poco criminale.
Lo stanno letteralmente smontando pezzo dopo pezzo, reparto dopo reparto.
Negli anni scorsi avevano illuso il grande bacino di utenza locale (50.000 persone in inverno e ben 350.000 come in questi giorni d’estate), che le chiusure per ristrutturazioni transitorie di molti reparti come ostetricia, sale parto, pediatria, chirurgia sarebbero servite per riammodernare il nosocomio. Così è stato, infatti sono stati spesi svariati milioni di euro solo che nel frattempo hanno deciso di chiuderlo definitivamente per “regalarlo” a una fondazione privata che si occuperà di “ricerche in neuropsichiatria infantile”, creando ulteriori dubbi e inquietudini alla già provata popolazione costretta a inenarrabili calvari.
Dal 1° luglio hanno chiuso anche la divisione di Medicina, e da allora alcuni membri del Comitato Cittadiniattivi di Bernalda e Metaponto (che siamo semplici cittadini e non dipendenti in mobilitazione) siamo saliti a oltranza sul tetto più alto dell’ospedale.
Nei giorni prossimi smantelleranno anche gli ultimi reparti rimasti, compreso il laboratorio di analisi e il pronto soccorso.
Le rassicurazioni fornite dal Direttore Generale ASM (Azienda Sanitaria del Materano) davanti alle telecamere di Striscia la Notizia qualche mese fa, sono clamorosamente smentite dai fatti di questi giorni, probabilmente studiati ad hoc per non incappare in un nuovo servizio di Striscia che come è noto riprenderà in autunno.
Per le conseguenze sulla popolazione (molti vecchietti soli stanno rifiutando i ricoveri negli altri ospedali che distano da Tinchi più di 40 Km, preferendo così di lasciarsi morire), sembra di essere finiti nelle grinfie di qualche criminale nazista curriculato ad Auschwitz.
Ben 12.000 (dodicimila) firme contrarie raccolte tra i cittadini di Pisticci, Marconia, Bernalda, Metaponto non contano nulla per gli aguzzini della Regione Basilicata. Il loro piano continua imperterrito.
